To request an appointment by phone, call (504) 457-2020. Our normal hours are 8:00 am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  Dr. Dara Stevenson is usually in the office on Thursdays, although Dr. D'Antonio is usually available to come in on an urgent or emergent basis as well.

Our scheduling staff will find the best match for your request and will email your appointment information to you. You will need to reply to this email either confirming your appointment or requesting a new appointment.
